How to delete your personal data from Prio

Your data is yours. All personal data in Prio (tasks, goals, briefings, AI classifications) is stored exclusively on your device. We never have access to it. You can delete it at any time — no request needed, no waiting period.

Option 1: Delete All Data Within the App

To delete all your data from within Prio:

  1. Open Prio on your device
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. Scroll to Data & Privacy
  4. Tap "Delete All Data"
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This permanently deletes all tasks, goals, milestones, AI classifications, briefings, and app preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling Prio completely removes all your data. No data remains on any server because Prio never sends your personal data to the cloud.

To uninstall:

  1. Long-press the Prio app icon on your home screen
  2. Tap "Uninstall" or drag to the uninstall area
  3. Confirm the uninstall

Option 3: Clear App Data via Android Settings

You can also clear Prio's data through your device settings:

  1. Open Android Settings
  2. Go to Apps → Prio
  3. Tap "Storage & cache"
  4. Tap "Clear storage" (or "Clear data")
  5. Confirm when prompted

Request Deletion of Anonymous Analytics

Although our analytics data is anonymous and cannot identify you, if you would like us to request deletion of analytics data associated with your device's anonymous identifier, you can contact us:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
